This menopause aromatherapy spray has been expertly and thoughtfully blended over many months. I have suffered quite severe hot flushes, mood swings and depression and am, due to a pre-existing medical condition been unable to use HRT or many of the usual remedies, I have therefore crafted the best and most useful oils together in exacting proportions to help relieve the hot flushing symptoms and the anxiety caused by his time of transition.

After testing by a control group of similar women I am releasing this to market in the hope that it assists other women in the same position.

Directions - Spray into the air as a spritz or on to a tissue to inhale as needed.
